The Evening Desert Safari packages have the following exclusions:

• Personal shopping and souvenir expenses.
• Premium drinks and other alcoholic beverages.
• Expert photography packages – Digital photos are free of cost.
• Add on activities like falconry and extended camel rides.
• Personal travel insurance is excluded.

The private service is available. Timings are flexible and designed according to your convenience

• Pickup time:
  October to March – Early Sunset trip: Pickup will be at 02:30 PM
  April to September - Regular Sunset trip: Pickup will be at 03:30 PM.
  Customised timings: Organised according to your request.
• Duration
  Sunset view – 3 hours.
  Sunset view with camp add-ons – 4 to 5 hours.
  Sunset view with BBQ Dinner – 6 to 7 hours.

Pickup location: Free pickup and drop-off available within the city of Abu Dhabi, including hotels, residences, malls and popular landmarks.

• Valid ID: Carry your passport or Emirates ID. A digital copy (scanned or photo) is acceptable for check-in.
• Medications: Carry the medication you may need, as there may be no dispensary near the desert locations.
• Cash or card: Carry UAE dirhams or any accepted payment method for refreshments and souvenirs that are not included in the package.

• Smoking and Alcohol: The use of tobacco and alcohol is strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Restricted Photography: Respecting the Emirati culture norms, kindly avoid capturing government offices, military sectors or local women.
• Ramadan Guidelines: Dancing, alcohol service and live shows may be paused during the holy month of Ramadan.

Health Restrictions: The Sunset desert safari is not advisable for pregnant women and individuals with significant medical conditions or heart complaints.

• Vehicle: Only a private vehicle is available for the trip. No sharing option is included.
• Child Safety: As per UAE law, a child safety seat must be used by children under 3 years old and will be provided by the tour operator.
• Clothing: For a comfortable evening in the desert during the winter (October to March), opt for warm and breathable outfits.
• Child Supervision: A parent or guardian should supervise their children at the desert camp.

• Free Cancellation: Receive a full refund on cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey or failure to show up will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
• Modification Requests: Rescheduling or any modification in your booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Special Circumstances: In case of unexpected events or emergencies, exceptions may be granted at the company’s discretion.
